probably the best plan for tourists is the daily plan:

• buy an O2 SIM (you will need an ID card)
• you have automatically 400MB per day for 0.50 Euro activated on the card (you will pay 0.50 Euro only if you use internet that day)

the coverage is 3G only in bigger cities, elsewhere is EDGE

Telekom (T-Mobile)Edit

1. buy a "Easy Free" SIM Card - 9 Euro (you will need an ID card of some sort)

1. activate the card: by calling to a random number (couple of seconds)

2. wait for an sms: that tells you have cheaper Slovak calls and free internet for 30 days (no FUP, HSPA+)

3. after 30 days, you have automatically 100MB per day plan for 0.50 Euro activated on you SIM (you will pay 0.50 Euro only when you use internet that day) or you can activate a 2GB per month plan for 5 Euro (send SURF30 ZAP to number 12323)
