M1
Edit
There is a Data only Card availible. The name of the card is "M1 Prepaid Micro SIM Card" I habe bought it at a counter in the arrival hall of the Singapore airport. While editting this i am using the card in my iPad. To establish Data Connection, it was necessary to select english language in the iPad settings. Very and friendly team at the counter.
1GByte at 7.2 Mbps for 20 SIN$, valid for 30 days or until 1 Gbyte is used. After 1 Gbyte is used, you have the option to recharge (it is called "top-up" here) 5 SIN$ for 256 MByte, 17 SIN$ for 945 MByte, 18 SIN$ for 1 Gbyte or 30 SIN$ for 2 Gbyte. Top-up Funktion via credit card on www.m1.com.sg/broadband
VOIP is supported (sipgate and Skype was tested).

I would suggest not getting M1 for data. At the time of this writing the only prepaid data option is automatically included but is 2 cents/10 KB, which amounts to about 2 dollars for 1 MB...very expensive. (24-March-2012)
